Oro is a new water brand from Jordan. Natural water changes with the geology, the season and the weather, so no two bottles from a spring are ever quite the same. Oro takes that variable out. Water is drawn from an aquifer around 400 metres underground, purified to a neutral baseline, and calcium, potassium and magnesium are added back in set amounts. Every bottle has the same composition. Two Times Elliott partnered with the founders from the beginning, building the strategy, the voice, the identity and the website as one piece of work.

Premium water is sold on where it comes from. We built Oro on the opposite. The idea is engineered beyond nature and the positioning is precision made hydration: nature provides the water and the minerals, and Oro decides the amounts. Everything about how the brand looks and sounds follows from that. So the brand had to be as exact as the product. The type is set like a spec sheet. The bottle is rendered as an engineered object. The writing is precise and always comes back to the body, because the reason to drink it is how it makes you feel. This is part one of the case study, the digital work. Packaging and print follow.
